COD King Documentation

OTP results are in the Analytics page of the COD King app. Click Analytics in the app’s left menu.

The Analytics tabs

The Analytics Dashboard has these views across the top: Overview, Orders by feature, Message Logs, Usage Charges and More views. Choose a date range at the top right (for example Last 7 days).

Overview shows a Message Summary with total successful messages, abandoned cart successful SMS and total successful WhatsApp messages.
Orders by feature shows orders that used each COD King feature.
Message Logs lists each message that was sent.
Usage Charges shows what your messages cost.

Use the filters to narrow the list.

Filter or button	What it does
Type	Filters by message type.
Checkout Status	Filters by the order’s checkout status.
Days	The time window, for example 1 day.
Search	Searches the list.
Refresh and Export	Reload the list or download it.

Each row shows the Shopify order ID, the date and time sent, the phone number, the country, the product details, the checkout status and whether it was verified.

A verified order also carries your Verification tag (default ✅ COD-Verified) in Shopify, so you can filter verified and unverified COD orders in the Shopify Orders list.
