Account Terms

  1. You must be at least 18 years of age to access and utilize this Service.

  3. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your password. Notifik Technologies will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from your failure to protect your account and password.
  4. The Notifik Technologies service must not be used for any illegal or unauthorized activities, and you are required to comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, as well as the laws of India.
  5. You are accountable for all actions and content (including data, graphics, images, and links) associated with your Notifik Technologies account.
  6. The transmission of any malicious software, viruses, or destructive code is strictly prohibited.
  7. If any violation of these Account Terms is identified by Notifik Technologies, it may lead to the immediate termination of your services.

General Conditions

  1. You must read, agree to, and accept all terms and conditions outlined in this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy prior to becoming a member of Notifik Technologies.
  2. We retain the right to modify or discontinue the Service for any reason at any time without prior notice.
  3. We may refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  4. Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk. The Service is offered "as is" and "as available," without any guarantees or warranties, either express or implied.
  5. Notifik Technologies does not assure that the service will be continuous, prompt, secure, or free of errors.
  6. The results obtained from using the service may not always be accurate or reliable.
  7. You acknowledge that your content (excluding credit card data) may be transmitted unencrypted and could involve (a) data being sent over various networks; and (b) adaptations required to meet technical specifications of connecting networks or devices.
  8. While we may review content, we are not obligated to do so; we may remove content and accounts that we consider unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable at our discretion.
  9. Notifik Technologies does not guarantee that any products, services, information, or other materials acquired through the Service will meet your expectations or that any errors in the Service will be rectified.
  10. You agree that Notifik Technologies will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits, goodwill, or data resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
  11. Notifik Technologies and our suppliers will not be liable for any losses or special damages arising from the use of our site, services, or this agreement (regardless of how the situation arises, including through negligence). You agree to indemnify and hold Notifik Technologies, along with our affiliates and employees, harmless from any claims made by third parties due to your breach of this Agreement or any related documents, or your violation of laws or third-party rights.
  12. Technical support is only available to paying account holders via email and, if prearranged, through phone and ticketing systems.
  13. You agree not to duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Service or access to it without obtaining explicit written permission from Notifik Technologies.
  14. Any form of abuse—be it verbal or in writing—aimed at any Notifik Technologies customer, employee, member, or representative will result in the immediate termination of your account.
  15. Notifik Technologies does not claim ownership rights over the materials you provide to our service.
  16. By submitting images and product descriptions to Notifik Technologies, you grant permission for other internet users to see this content, and you agree that we can display, store, and review all content submitted to our Service.
  17. If Notifik Technologies fails to enforce or exercise any right or provision of these terms, it will not be viewed as a waiver of that right or provision. These terms represent the entire understanding between you and Notifik Technologies regarding your use of the Service and override any prior agreements (including earlier versions of these Terms).
  18. You are prohibited from acquiring search engine or similar pay-per-click keywords (like Google AdWords), or domain names that incorporate the Notifik Technologies name or trademarks, including variations or misspellings.

Payment of Fees

  • Various payment options are available, and the merchant must pay according to the agreed-upon terms with Notifik Technologies—whether that be monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, or annually.
  • Payments should be made within 7 days of the invoice date, or the merchant risks potential closure or termination of their online store.
  • All fees are subject to state and central taxes, service charges, sales tax, or any other applicable taxes.
  • Notifik Technologies does not issue refunds.
