> ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://codking.tech/documentation/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # AI Agent Knowledge, Test, Credits and Activity > Teach the AI agent about your store, try it for free before going live, buy credits, turn on auto-recharge and review what it did. These are the other four tabs of the [AI agent](https://codking.tech/documentation/whatsapp-inbox/ai-agent-setup.md) page: **Knowledge**, **Test**, **Credits** and **Activity**. ## Store knowledge The AI answers store questions only from the text in the **Knowledge** tab. The counter at the bottom right shows how much is used. Short, factual lines work best. > [!TIP] > > Write what a customer would actually ask: delivery days for each region, the COD fee, the return window and who to contact. If the answer is not here, the AI should pass the chat to your team instead of guessing. ## Test the AI for free The **Test** tab lets you chat with the AI as if you were a customer. ![Test tab titled Try it here with an Act as customer field, a Reset button and an empty chat box with example questions](https://mintcdn.com/codking/YMcHEa0zR91M3ULO/images/wi-18-ai-test.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=YMcHEa0zR91M3ULO\&q=85\&s=63bb5646aa37e2b1ca808647ad1783d5) * It uses your current settings, even ones you have not saved. * Nothing is sent to a real customer and no order is changed. * Testing is free, up to 50 tests a day. * **Act as customer (optional).** Enter a phone number to test as that customer. Without a number, the AI sees no orders. Use a number that has orders, or that received an abandoned cart message. * **Reset** clears the test chat. Try questions like "Where is my order?", "Is this available in M?" and "haan confirm kar do". **1. Add your store knowledge** Fill in the Knowledge tab first, so the AI has real answers. **2. Test the common questions** Ask about an order, a product, shipping and COD charges. Check each answer is right. **3. Test a handover** Ask for a refund or to speak to a person. The AI should pass it to your team. **4. Go live** Switch the header to **Live** when you are happy with the answers. ## Credits The AI agent runs on credits. 1 credit is 1 message the AI writes, which can be a reply, a handover message or a draft. Prices can change, so check your own **Credits** tab. | Pack | Price | Cost per reply | | - | - | - | | 1,000 replies | \$10 | \$0.010 | | 5,000 replies (marked Popular) | \$40 | \$0.008 | | 15,000 replies | \$99 | \$0.007 | Click **Buy** on a pack. You approve a one-time charge in Shopify. It is charged as usage on your COD King plan. * **History** lists every purchase with its date, type, credits, amount and status. > [!WARNING] > > When credits run out, the AI cannot reply. Each shows the customer, a **Replied** tag, the date and an **Open chat** link that jumps to the conversation in the [inbox](https://codking.tech/documentation/whatsapp-inbox/overview.md). Customer names are hidden in the screenshot. > [!TIP] > > Check **Activity** every few days at first. Open a few chats and read what the AI said.
