# Partial Payment Analytics

> Where to see how many orders were secured by partial payment, how much was collected upfront, and the individual orders.

COD King shows partial payment results in the **Analytics** area of the app. There are two places to look: the **Overview** card for totals, and **Orders by feature** for the order list.

## Open Analytics

In the Shopify admin sidebar, click **COD King**, then **Analytics**. The page opens on the **Overview** tab of the **Analytics Dashboard**. Other tabs include **Orders by feature**, **Message Logs**, **Usage Charges** and **Branded notifications**.

## Overview: Orders secured by partial payment

Choose a date range at the top right (the default is **Last 7 days**). The first card is **Orders secured by partial payment**.

| Line | What it means |
| :- | :- |
| Big number | The total value of orders placed through a partial payment rule in the period. |
| **N orders · ₹X collected upfront** | How many orders, and how much money was paid online at checkout across them. |
| **You paid** | The partial payment fee COD King charged you for these orders. |
| **Collected upfront** | The total of the upfront payments. |
| **Generated** | The order value generated by partial payment (the same figure as the big number). |

> When the card has at least one order, a **View orders** link appears. It opens **Orders by feature** already filtered to partial payment, and a green badge such as **3x return** shows how many times over the order value generated exceeds the fee you paid.

>
> In the example above the test store has no partial payment orders in the last 7 days, so the card shows zero. Once shoppers choose a deposit option, the numbers appear here.

Other cards on the page, such as **Total Revenue**, **Total Orders**, **COD orders** and **Prepaid orders**, help you compare partial payment with the rest of your sales.

## Orders by feature: see the individual orders

**1. Open the Orders by feature tab**

On the Analytics Dashboard, click **Orders by feature**.

**2. Set Show to Partial payment**

The **Show** drop-down lists **All orders**, **COD converted to prepaid**, **Abandoned carts recovered**, **Partial payment**, **COD fee collected**, **OTP verified**, **COD Form**, **Upsell** and **Free gift**. Choose **Partial payment**.

**3. Choose a date range**

Use **Date range** (for example **Last 7 days** or **Last 90 days**).

Each order in the list carries a badge in the form **Partial · ₹X upfront**, so you can see at a glance how much was paid online. If nothing matches the filter and range, the page says **No orders for this filter yet**; try a longer date range.

>
> Compare your return and refusal rates on partial payment orders against pure COD orders over the same period. That tells you if your deposit amount is high enough to change behaviour.
