# OTP Analytics and Message Logs

> Find OTP messages and verified orders in COD King Analytics, filter the Message Logs, and export them.

OTP results are in the **Analytics** page of the COD King app. Click **Analytics** in the app's left menu.

## The Analytics tabs

The Analytics Dashboard has these views across the top: **Overview**, **Orders by feature**, **Message Logs**, **Usage Charges** and **More views**. Choose a date range at the top right (for example **Last 7 days**).

* **Overview** shows a **Message Summary** with total successful messages, abandoned cart successful SMS and total successful WhatsApp messages.
* **Orders by feature** shows orders that used each COD King feature.
* **Message Logs** lists each message that was sent.
* **Usage Charges** shows what your messages cost.

## Message Logs

Use the filters to narrow the list.

| Filter or button | What it does |
| - | - |
| **Type** | Filters by message type. |
| **Checkout Status** | Filters by the order's checkout status. |
| **Days** | The time window, for example **1 day**. |
| **Search** | Searches the list. |
| **Refresh** and **Export** | Reload the list or download it. |

Each row shows the Shopify order ID, the date and time sent, the phone number, the country, the product details, the checkout status and whether it was verified.

> [!TIP]
>
> A verified order also carries your **Verification tag** (default `✅ COD-Verified`) in Shopify, so you can filter verified and unverified COD orders in the Shopify Orders list.
