Amazing support team — quick replies on chat and even over google meet. The COD setup is very smooth and the UI is clear on both mobile and desktop. Excellent app for partial COD payments. Excellent App & Support!

I've been using COD King for a while now and been a great addition to my store. Not only have I seen our RTS (return to seller) rate drop considerably, but they also offer lots of different features and some of them I'm looking to implement too. The App is better in terms of price and installation Unlike other apps like Gokwick, this one was easy to install. Cost effective because of its free plan and service is good because I immediately got a call from the company (Pankaj) who helped me understand the features and plan details which no other app has done till date. I have not got any order so far after the installation today but am sure it will make customer checkouts much faster and keep orders only from serious buyers. Thanks.

Request for clarification was attended promptly and was very useful. COD hide option is listed by numbers, we need the product photos and name. We request the development team to add this feature to show only the product photos and name instead of product ids.

The payment flow is confusing. Customers see the COD King popup and then Shopify's native checkout, creating two different payment experiences. In some cases, different amounts are displayed in prepaid, which reduces trust and increases the chances of cart abandonment.
They solved my issue within just 5 minutes and provided an immediate solution. The support was very quick, helpful, and efficient. I’m highly satisfied with the customer support experience.
