Amazing support team — quick replies on chat and even over google meet. The COD setup is very smooth and the UI is clear on both mobile and desktop. Excellent app for partial COD payments. It has helped us reduce fake orders, resulting in major savings on advertising costs and shipping fees. Very useful for scaling COD businesses. I’d definitely recommend this app to anyone using Cash on Delivery.

Excellent App & Support!
This app has made managing COD orders much easier. The OTP verification feature works perfectly and helps reduce fake orders. The option to charge COD fees is great for improving conversion and reducing unnecessary cancellations. The interface is clean, and the setup is very simple.

I've been using COD King for a while now and been a great addition to my store. Not only have I seen our RTS (return to seller) rate drop considerably, but they also offer lots of different features and some of them I'm looking to implement too. Their support team is responsive and knowledgeable (thanks Pankaj). Definitely a must have app if you're based in countries where COD is the primary consumer payment option.
