The App is better in terms of price and installation Unlike other apps like Gokwick, this one was easy to install. Cost effective because of its free plan and service is good because I immediately got a call from the company (Pankaj) who helped me understand the features and plan details which no other app has done till date. Request for clarification was attended promptly and was very useful. COD hide option is listed by numbers, we need the product photos and name. We request the development team to add this feature to show only the product photos and name instead of product ids.

The payment flow is confusing. Customers see the COD King popup and then Shopify's native checkout, creating two different payment experiences. In some cases, different amounts are displayed in prepaid, which reduces trust and increases the chances of cart abandonment.
They solved my issue within just 5 minutes and provided an immediate solution. The support was very quick, helpful, and efficient. I’m highly satisfied with the customer support experience.
